We are delighted to announce our new dance fitness class, led by Bodywork's Orsolya Ihasz! It will take place every Saturday morning at 11am, starting on Saturday 10th October, and will be available via Zoom for both students and non-students. This class is primarily aimed at dancers, to help you boost your training with exercises in cardio, strength and flexibility. However, it is appropriate for anyone, regardless of whether you have a dance background or not.
